TERMS OF SERVICE & CLIENT AGREEMENT
1. ARTISANAL APPAREL & PRE-ORDER CONDITIONS
CLOSE ATTENTION garments are crafted in limited quantities or made-to-order in Tokyo. Pre-order fulfillment timelines (3 Weeks or 5 Weeks) represent estimated atelier crafting duration before CDEK dispatch.
2. 1-OF-1 BESPOKE GARMENT COMMISSIONS
Bespoke 1-of-1 items created to individual measurements are hand-distressed, cold-dyed, and customized to client specifications. Final commissioned pieces are unique living artifacts with natural leather grain variations.
3. CDEK DELIVERY & CLOUDPAYMENTS PAYMENT
Orders are dispatched via CDEK express courier or to selected CDEK Pickup Points (ПВЗ). All payments are processed through CloudPayments widget. Clients receive an official digital receipt and CDEK tracking number upon payment confirmation.
4. ATELIER APPOINTMENTS
In-person garment inspection at our Shibuya-ku atelier is by private appointment only. Inquiries can be submitted via the Atelier Concierge or Bespoke Configurator.
